Spring Break 2012
Well, I know what you are thinking..."where did they go for spring break? Hopefully somewhere warm." I have sad news for you - Tim and I don't get spring break off from work. Bummer, huh? Yep, that's what we think too. However, spring break in this town means schools and daycares are CLOSED! So we had to call in reinforcements - Granma and Granpa to the rescue! My parents were able to take a few days off from work and travel out to stay with the girls. Tim and I were so grateful. We weren't sure what we were going to do.
The 3 days were anything but a break. The girls were busy with story time at the library, swimming at the hotel, reading books, riding bikes, playing soccer, flying kites, taking road trips and eating ice cream. The girls couldn't wait till we got home each night to tell us all about their days with G&G. Izzy and Sophia were all smiles - all week. They love every minute they get to spend with their grandparents.
