It thought Sophia turning 4 was tough, but turns out my big girl turning 5 was even harder. 5!! Still can't believe it! It seems like such a milestone, like 16 and 18. Izzy has matured so much in the last year - she finished up preschool and is excited for Kindergarten. She loves to read and play on her Kindle Fire (her birthday present). And yes, our 5 year old has a Kindle Fire - of course, you have to remember that she has been using an iPad since she was 3. So now she has her OWN device. Her favorite game right now is a Pet Shop app that lets her build a pet store and pick the animals she wants in it. She is growing up SO fast...
For her birthday, she requested a Barbie cake - so I did my best. ;-)
Instead of a party, Izzy wanted to go out to dinner with her best friend Jorie! She picked the restaurant and the girls dressed up like princesses. They had the greatest time!!
