Don't Stop Thinking About Tomorrow
Today's song is one of a different tune. I'm becoming a little stir crazy, and can't help but think about tomorrow. I received the "call" last night about 7 saying that there would be another SNOW DAY!! Those snow plows didn't get out till around 2:30 this afternoon, the interstate was still closed at 5:30. My blog entry today is titled:
"Top Reason I HATE Blizzards"
The One and Only Reason: DIGGING OUT AFTERWARDS! I dread this part of any snow storm. I wish the sun would just come out, heat up to about 95 degrees and melt everything away. However, my wish never comes true. So out comes the boots, hats, gloves and coats...oh, and the shovel. Tim started his morning by helping the neighbor dig out his truck, which was stuck after an attempt to escape our cul-de-sac. I joined in after the girls where down for their naps. We figured we got about 3 feet of snow, give or take, since the wind blew everything around. We still had a great day inside, enjoying my "Top10" again! I'm sure tomorrow will be even more enjoyable.
